Your content

You own what you create. You give Place of Art only the permission needed to process it so the features you use can work (for example, sending a request to an AI service). You are responsible for having the rights to anything you import or upload.

Acceptable use

• Do not use Place of Art to make or share unlawful, hateful, or sexually exploitative content.
• Do not imitate a real person's voice or likeness without their permission. Voice cloning is for your own voice or a voice you have permission to use.
• Do not try to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to the service.

AI features

AI output can be wrong or unexpected. Check it before you rely on it or publish it. You are responsible for how you use what the AI features produce.

Trial and subscription

New accounts get a 33-day free trial with no card. After that, AI features need a $9.99 per month subscription billed through Stripe. You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the paid period. See pricing.

The service

Place of Art is provided as is. I work hard to keep it running and your work safe, but cannot promise it will always be available or error-free, so keep your own backups of important projects. To the extent the law allows, I am not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
